How to Redeem Your Loot Box

- Receive the Loot Box: Once you’ve earned a loot box, it will be sent to your Stargaze wallet.
- Join Eclipse Fi Discord: If you haven’t already, join our Discord server to engage with the community and staff.
- Open a Ticket: Inside our Discord, open a support ticket to begin the redemption process. Our team will guide you through the steps.
- Send Back the Loot Box: You’ll be asked to send the loot box back to the creator’s address, which will be provided within your ticket.
- Claim Your Prizes: Once the loot box is returned, you’ll receive your designated prizes from the loot box prize pool!
How to Merge Shards into a Loot Box
Have three shards of the same color? You can merge them into a loot box! The process is similar to redeeming a loot box:

- Send Back the Shards: Follow the instructions provided in your ticket to send back your shards.
